Job Description

We seek freshers/1year experiece on Sales and Marketing Professional to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective marketing campaigns. This role combines sales, marketing, and business development responsibilities to achieve revenue targets. We shall provide industry stand training for the same.

Location : Kozhikode

Sales:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

2. Identify, cultivate, and convert leads into customers.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

4. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.

5. Negotiate and close deals.

Marketing:

1. Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

2. Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content).

3. Manage social media presence and create engaging content.

4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, creative).

Business Development:

1. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

3. Develop strategic plans to expand into new markets.

4. Provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of sales and marketing experience.

2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. MBA/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.

Desirable Skills:

1. Digital marketing certification.

2. Experience with sales automation tools.

3. Knowledge of industry-specific trends.
