Job Description

Job Summary:



The Sales & Marketing professional is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales efforts, market research, customer relationship management, and effective marketing campaigns. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, acquiring new clients, and retaining existing customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Generation



Identify and target potential customers through cold calls, field visits, networking, and online platforms. Pitch services/products, explain features and benefits, and close sales. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.

3. Market Research & Analysis



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and suggestions to improve pricing, packaging, and promotions. Prepare and share regular sales reports and forecasts.

4. Branding & Marketing Activities



Plan and execute offline and online marketing campaigns (flyers, social media, events, etc.). Promote brand awareness through collaborations, tie-ups, and sponsorships. Develop marketing content and coordinate with designers and digital agencies.

5. Events & Corporate Sales



Handle B2B and bulk/corporate bookings. Create customized packages for corporate clients, birthdays, and special events. Represent the company at expos, roadshows, and networking events.

Key Skills Required:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Target-driven mindset Social media & digital marketing know-how (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Experience:



2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing Experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment sector preferred

Education:



Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: Up to ?23,000.00 per month
