Sales:
• Identify and engage potential clients to generate leads and close sales for residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and clients.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and consultations to address client needs effectively.
Marketing:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects.
• Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertisements.
• Collaborate with developers to organize promotional events, webinars, and property events.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Provide exceptional client service and follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Offer post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets and trends.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
