Purpose: To implement strategies to increase onboard sales. Duties:
Contract length: 12 months Pay: \xe2\x82\xb911,946.10 - \xe2\x82\xb924,610.00 per month Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 10/06/2024
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the store through effective planning and budgeting.
- Work closely with Laundry Manager and other key personnel to understand the operations and laundry challenge.
- Develop market analysis strategy in coordination with the store manager.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with customers by being a valued consultant and that will lead to increase of sales.
- Implement company directed sales programs, promotions and strategies to achieve growth and profit plans.
- Gain new business opportunities in an ever changing environment and aggressively grow the accounts for the laundry business unit.
- Plan strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. Decide the future course of action for laundry operations.
- Map potential customers and generate leads and new opportunities for the organization.
- Responsible for brand promotion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
- Manage advertising and promotional programs.
- Explore and reports on new business opportunities.
- Responsible for mobilization of new contract and visiting the locations periodically for customer feedback
- Represent company at trade shows and organizations.
- Ability to understand all facets of laundry on premise laundry products, corporate marketing, sales strategies, pre-sale and post-sale support requirements as well as customer types, purchasing motives, allied products and applications.
- Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree experience in sales & marketing role or any related field.
- Good knowledge & experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, planning and time-management, excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills & self motivated with the ability to train others.
- Excellent business writing skills, strong analytical skills, positive and a professional approach with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent leadership and entrepreneurial qualities
