As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Identifying new business opportunities, developing a pipeline, and generating leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media outreach, etc.).
Marketing Campaigns:
Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising.
Content Creation:
Collaborating with the content team to develop engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, and promotional content.
Client Relationships:
Building and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Market Research:
Conducting competitive analysis and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to inform our strategy.
Reporting & Analytics:
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and sales metrics to ensure goals are being met and opportunities for optimization are identified.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
