Join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and enhancing brand presence. This position involves strategic sales initiatives, developing marketing inputs based on on-ground experiences, and managing customer relationships to foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Create relationships with industry leaders and maintain strong business connections.
• Provide input for marketing materials based on firsthand market experiences.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and that product delivery aligns with customer expectations.
• Follow up on sales, collect payments, and ensure timely delivery of products, either personally or by coordinating with logistics providers.
• Manage the updating of market data and customer profiles on company software.
• Handle grey areas, mishaps on the road, resales, and after-sales service.
• Represent the company with pride in our quality products in all dealings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the copper wire market and its applications is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
