Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the steel industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
