As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our retail business across India.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets across India.
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential retail business dealers, establishing strong relationships to promote Mood of Wood products.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and gather competitive insights.
Travel: Travel extensively across India to meet potential and existing dealers, attend trade shows, and conduct promotional events.
Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Mood of Wood furniture to prospective clients, showcasing the quality and sustainability of our products.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with dealers, closing sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to dealers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction to the management team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and sales tools that support business development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively across India.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
