Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.

3. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product/service features, benefits, and industry trends.

4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

5. Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management through verbal and written communication.

6. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers.

7. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management.

8. Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

9. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor activity and market trends.

10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

2. 2+ years of sales experience.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

8. Strong time management and organizational skills.
