FPO Marketing Executive's

1.New Business Acquisition of Farmer's Producer Organisations (FPO segment):

Identify and research potential clients, market segments, and target Potential FPO to generate new leads and business opportunities.

Proactively travel throughout MP to approach and engage with potential FPOs through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, Face to face meeting, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis and understand client requirements to effectively present the company's services as a solution.

2.Client Relationship Management:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues and inquiries.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

3.Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business deals from FPOs.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, other tracking tools.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and sales pipelines to monitor progress,.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BCom or a related field.

Minimum experience of 2-3 years in sales of Agri commodity. Knowledge of Agri and Food Processing Industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques

Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent presentation and persuasive selling skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Proficiency in using Computer and having excellent command over Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
