Sales & Marketing Executive Fitness
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Sales:
• Drive sales of fitness memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Engagement:
• Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including walk-ins, calls, and leads.
• Conduct tours of the fitness center to showcase facilities and services.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate memberships or services.
Relationship Building:
• Build strong relationships with members to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Marketing & Promotion:
• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, campaigns, and open houses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Share feedback and suggestions to improve service offerings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
