Duties and responsibilities for a Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Sales Management: - Greet and assist customers in selecting bridal gowns and party wear. - Understand customer preferences and provide product recommendations. - Handle billing, payments, and inventory management. - Achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints.

3. Marketing Initiatives: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the showroom. - Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and run targeted campaigns. - Organize events, fashion shows, and exhibitions to showcase the latest collections. - Collaborate with local wedding planners and event organizers to increase brand visibility.

4. Product Knowledge: - Stay updated with the latest trends in bridal fashion and party wear. - Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on new arrivals and fashion trends. - Maintain knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and customization options.

5. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills Required:-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach.- Experience in fashion retail, especially in bridal and party wear.- Ability to manage social media platforms and execute digital marketing campaigns.- Creative flair for visual merchandising and event planning.

Qualifications:-

A degree in marketing, fashion management, or a related field.- Experience in a similar role in the fashion retail industry, preferably in bridal wear.- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. This role would be well-suited for someone with a passion for fashion and a strong aptitude for sales and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?210,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
