Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive specializing in digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be adept at securing sponsored ads for various digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram videos. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, strong sales skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for sponsored digital advertisements, focusing on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram video content.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new advertising clients and retain existing ones.
• Understand clients\' advertising needs and objectives, and propose tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals for sponsored ads, ensuring alignment with clients\xe2\x80\x99 marketing goals and budget.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the sponsored content aligns with both the client\xe2\x80\x99s brand and the platform\'s standards.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing clients with regular reports and insights.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in digital advertising, social media, and video content to offer clients innovative advertising solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically in digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights on advertising campaign performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits:
