Core Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Posting
Plan monthly content calendar for LinkedIn (personal + company page)
Post 3-4 times per week:
Mix of formats: carousel, quote cards, client stories, tips, reels
2. Content Creation
Research post ideas by tracking:
Startup trends
FAQs from clients
Competitor content
Draft captions in a professional yet relatable tone
3. Visual Design
Use Canva, AI tools to create branded creatives (posts, reels thumbnails, etc.)
Maintain brand consistency (font, colors, logo placement)
Update pre-made templates to save time
4. Cold Outreach Ads Campaigns
Craft personalized emails for founders/ops heads of startups
Build and engage LinkedIn connections using founder's account
Track responses and schedule follow-ups
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (
Google, Meta and Linkedin
especially).
5. Handle Inquires
Handle inquires generated through website, mails, posts etc. and send them quotation
