Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, SEO, print, TV, etc.).
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, website content) to support marketing initiatives.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media profiles by creating content, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize the company's website and content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve visibility and traffic.
• Brand Awareness: Support efforts to increase brand visibility and recognition through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement to assess ROI and improve future strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, design, and product teams) to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, product launches, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget and resources.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers through email campaigns, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to foster relationships and improve loyalty.
