Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 1-5 years of experience in Educational Institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities), and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive should have a proven track record of selling educational products, services, or solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our school like - door knocking, cold calling in markets, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
• Plan and execute promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Identify, target, and engage educational institutions to get the students for musicals classes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as principals, deans, and administrators in educational institutions.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in person.

• Proven experience in direct sales or a related field.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
