•Key Responsibilities: •

• Identify and engage new sales channels, distributors, and retailers to expand Anuj Dairy's reach and product availability in the market.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, as set by the company.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and current trends in the dairy industry.
• Gather feedback on our products and services, and present insights to help improve offerings and customer experience.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Anuj Dairy's products.
• Organize and participate in product promotions, events, and in-store activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
• Addressing customer complaints.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

• Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and budget tracking.
• Provide feedback to management on sales performance, customer insights, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experience candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. Prior experience in the dairy or FMCG sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel within the assigned area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
