Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the school's programs, increase enrollment, and enhance the institution's visibility in the community. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and engage with prospective students and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development:
• Assist in creating and executing marketing plans to achieve enrollment targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
• Content Creation:
• Develop engaging content for brochures, newsletters, social media, and the school's website.
• Create promotional materials to highlight academic programs, events, and achievements.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and interaction with followers.
• Optimize the school's website for search engines (SEO) and ensure content is up-to-date.
• Event Coordination:
• Organize and promote school events, open houses, and informational sessions.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to enhance outreach efforts during recruitment events.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various metrics.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies.
• Community Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and media outlets.
• Represent the school at community events and fairs to promote programs and initiatives.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share ideas and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably in an educational setting.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
