- Identify and target potential clients within the industrial engineering sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the industrial engineering products and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable business deals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on market intelligence and trends to the management team.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the organization.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in sales and marketing, preferably within the industrial engineering or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Based in Chennai with the flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
