Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities1. Market Research

• Conduct research to identify target audiences and market trends.
• Analyze competitors to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Collect and interpret data to measure customer preferences and behaviors.

2. Campaign Planning and Execution

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, and social media).
• Ensure campaigns align with company goals, target audience, and budget.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.

3. Brand Management

• Maintain and enhance the brand image through consistent messaging and creative strategies.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback effectively to build trust and loyalty.
• Maintain a customer database and execute personalized marketing campaigns.

5. Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products to enhance sales.
• Assist in lead generation and conversion efforts.

6. Budget Management

• Allocate budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure cost-effective implementation.
• Monitor expenses and prepare reports on return on investment (ROI).

7. Networking and Partnerships

• Establish and nurture partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and vendors.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

8. Reporting and Analysis

• Track the performance of marketing activities and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Use analytics tools to evaluate the success of strategies and suggest improvements.
• Prepare insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.

9. Innovation and Trend Awareness

• Stay updated with emerging marketing tools and technologies.
• Experiment with new strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and audience behaviors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
