Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our healthcare products and services.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key stakeholders.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote healthcare products and services.- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.- Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and events.- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare products and services.- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on product features and benefits.- Analyze sales and areas for improvement.- Prepare regular reports for management on sales and marketing activities.Qualifications and Skills:- **Education:**- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.- **Experience:**- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.- **Skills:**- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and industry regulations.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Proficient in using CRM software and marketing tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to travel as required.- Knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services.- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per monthBenefits:
