Job Description

1. Market Research: Understand the target market, customer needs, and preferences. Analyse competitors and identify market gaps.

2. Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP): Segment the market based on demographics, psychographics, and behaviour. Target the right audience and position your product effectively.

3. Marketing Mix (4Ps): Develop strategies for Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. Ensure your product meets customer needs, is priced competitively, is available in the right places, and promoted effectively.

4. Digital Marketing: Utilize online marketing tools such as social media, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing to reach a wider audience.

5. Sales and Distribution: Create a robust sales and distribution network to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Dealer Recruitment:

1. Identify Potential Dealers: Look for businesses already selling complementary products or those interested in adding EV 3Ws to their portfolio.

2. Incentives: Offer attractive margins, bonuses, and support programs to encourage dealerships to join.

3. Training Programs: Provide comprehensive training to dealers on product features, selling techniques, and after-sales support.

4. Dealer Support: Regularly engage with dealers, providing marketing materials, technical support, and sales training to ensure they can effectively sell and service the vehicles.

5. Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics and regularly monitor dealer performance to ensure they meet sales targets and provide satisfactory customer service.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement CRM strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

7. Sustainability and Innovation: Highlight the eco-friendly aspects of EV3W vehicles and continuously innovate to stay ahead of the competition.

8. Data Analytics: Use data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness, track customer behaviour, and make data-driven decisions.

9. Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand image that resonates with your target audience.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
