Job Description
• Any degree with Good communications skills
• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, or medical sales, with a focus on physician engagement and referral relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with physicians, RMPS, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate physician engagement initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with healthcare regulations and industry guidelines governing physician relationships and referral practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving organizational goals and objectives.
