Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will assist in driving property sales and executing marketing campaigns. A strong preference will be given to those with experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing sales strategies to achieve targets for property sales.
• Promote real estate projects through various marketing channels including social media, digital platforms, and traditional media.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into buyers.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to potential customers.
• Support the marketing team in the creation and distribution of promotional materials such as brochures and advertisements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales and marketing activities to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for real estate.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass or equivalent.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
