As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for our real estate projects. -

Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.

- Create and manage content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

- Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and property shows to promote the company's projects.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
