Role & Responsibilities
oTele Sales. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls
Making Follow-up calls & Fixing appointments
Outbound Calling on Data collected through lead generation activities
Handling the customer queries
Keep records of call
oBuilding and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
oResolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
