B.com/MBA, or a related field Proven experience as a Marketing executive Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask and prioritize projects Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close Should be flexible to work to meet business needs Must be an expert user of MS office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
Roles and Responsibilities.

Researching and contacting potential clients to understand their requirements and secure deals. Propose creative/competitive methods to the Management to obtain more business opportunities in the market. Assist in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts. Build and maintain productive stakeholder relations with Architects & Interior Designers as well as media partners. Collaborate with our design & creative partners to execute campaigns, creatives, and other marketing collaterals essential and in line with our business goals. Coordinating with external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing activities. Monitor the entire sales process, from lead generation to project closing. Explore all available options for promoting company works and services. Reach potential customers and close the deals. Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals and marketing materials. Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging marketing trends Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals Be able to explain the clients about the competitive advantages of our company services. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
