Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide guidance on complex sales negotiations, strategic partnerships, and key account management.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that encompass brand positioning, product promotion, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Drive the development of creative marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through metrics and analytics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members, enabling their professional growth and success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales and marketing leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
