Roles and Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Area Analysis :
• Conduct in-depth market research and identify potential areas for i-Bus project deployment within AP & Telangana.
• Evaluate the local transportation landscape, infrastructure readiness, and customer needs to identify key opportunities for project implementation.
• Stakeholder Engagement :
• Identify and establish relationships with local government bodies, transport authorities, business owners, and other key stakeholders.
• Meet with key stakeholders, including city planners, transportation heads, and local influencers, to promote the i-Bus project and ensure alignment with local needs.
• Field Work and Execution :
• Perform 50% of your role in the field, conducting on-the-ground meetings, surveys, and project assessments.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth execution of i-Bus installation and operation across regions.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and local authorities, ensuring effective coordination for timely project implementation.
• Planning & Strategy Development :
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the deployment of i-Bus in key areas, focusing on optimal routes, scheduling, and integration into local transport networks.
• Work closely with the project management team to coordinate logistics, marketing campaigns, and community outreach programs to drive awareness and usage.
• Monitoring & Reporting :
• Regularly report on the status of field activities, stakeholder engagement efforts, and project execution progress.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics, including user adoption, public feedback, and service efficiency, to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams :
• Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and seamless integration of the i-Bus project in the region.
• Provide market insights to the marketing and product teams for continuous project enhancement.
• Customer Feedback & Improvement :
• Collect customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and social media to ensure the project meets local needs and expectations.
• Assist in implementing improvements based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Qualifications : A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience : Minimum 0-3 years of experience in field marketing or project execution, preferably in the transportation or public services sector.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong field sales or project coordination experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the AP and Telangana regions, with an understanding of local transportation dynamics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
