We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote Hotel Tathagat Ashok through public engagement, events, and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, building relationships with potential clients, and increasing bookings and event inquiries for our hotel, banquet halls, and outdoor spaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Hotel Tathagat Ashok's services, accommodations, and event venues.
• Engage with local communities, businesses, and tourism boards to enhance the hotel's visibility.
• Create promotional materials, including brochures, handbills, and social media content.
• Organize and participate in public engagement activities such as local events, tourism expos, and corporate gatherings.
• Manage online presence through hotel website, social media platforms, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to drive group bookings, weddings, and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies.
• Track and analyze sales and marketing data to report on performance and make informed decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
