Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive - CHA & Freight Forwarding Industry
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the CHA (Customs House Agent) and Freight Forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong knowledge of the CHA and Freight Forwarding industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives in the CHA and Freight Forwarding industry.
Identify and target potential clients and key accounts, and establish strong relationships with decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to develop effective marketing campaigns.
Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to showcase company services and capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, prepare regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the CHA and Freight Forwarding sector.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and market analysis to senior management.
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to understand their evolving needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the CHA and Freight Forwarding industry.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export processes, and logistics operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: ?13,944.44 - ?57,496.73 per month
