Key Responsibilities

:

Market Research & Analysis (50-60%)

: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies. Track industry trends and consumer preferences to help develop new business opportunities. Provide regular reports and analysis on market conditions, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.

Sales Support (30-40%)

: Generate sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling. Assist with sales order processing, tracking, and follow-up. Monitor payment collections and ensure timely receipt of payments. Maintain accurate sales records and provide administrative support to the sales team. Assist the sales team in customer relationship management and help close deals.

Other Responsibilities

: Support the development of new product launches and sales campaigns. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing plans. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Fresher with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn. Prior experience in market research or sales support (a plus but not required).
