Sales Manager We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue
targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Establish sales processes, best practices, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to
measure success
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company
objectives
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead
generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship
management (CRM) tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the company\'s products/services and industry
  • Willingness to travel as required
