Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales goals and expand market presence.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential buyers or investors.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate or Business.
• Professional certifications in Real Estate Sales or Management.
