•1. Senior Sales Manager•
Positions Available: 3
Salary: Up to ?55,000 + Incentives
Location: Gurgaon

•Key Responsibilities:•
• Lead and manage sales for high-end real estate projects across Gurgaon.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
• Provide expert guidance to clients about property options, investment strategies, and market trends.
• Conduct property site visits and close deals efficiently.
• Regularly update the management team on sales progress, challenges, and market trends.

•Key Requirements:•
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Gurgaon real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of major real estate projects (M3M, DLF, Godrej, Signature, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong client relationship management and sales closing skills.

•2. Team Leader•
Positions Available: 4
Salary: Up to ?60,000 + Incentives
Location: Gurgaon

•Key Responsibilities:•
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the team.
• Ensure regular training and performance reviews for team members.
• Oversee daily sales operations, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Build and maintain client relationships while ensuring team performance aligns with business goals.
• Monitor individual performance, set goals, and ensure the team hits their monthly targets.
• Regular reporting to management and addressing challenges faced by the team.

•Key Requirements:•
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on the Gurgaon market.
• Proven experience in team leadership and achieving collective sales goals.
• In-depth knowledge of key real estate projects in Gurgaon.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate team members for achieving set targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

•3. Sales Manager•
Positions Available: 3
Salary: Up to ?45,000 + Incentives
Location: Gurgaon

•Key Responsibilities:•
• Handle sales for premium residential and commercial real estate projects in Gurgaon.
• Identify new sales opportunities, conduct market research, and generate leads.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients, helping them make informed investment decisions.
• Conduct property site visits and explain project details to potential buyers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Regularly report on sales activities and customer feedback.

•Key Requirements:•
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in Gurgaon.
• Knowledge of high-end real estate projects in Gurgaon (M3M, DLF, Godrej, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Experience in building long-term relationships with clients and developers.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.

6 Days working + 1 week off rotational

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
