We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales manager with a strong track record in driving sales and leading high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing them with guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive the team to generate quality leads, follow up on potential clients, and ensure high conversion rates.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
Key Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Industry Expertise: Must have experience in the insurance , EdTech, or banking industries.
• Sales Skills: Strong background in hardcore sales focusing on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
• Training Expertise: Experience in conducting training sessions and developing sales talent.

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
