Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of insurance agents, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with our agency partners.

You will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of success in the insurance industry, and a passion for coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and coaching plans to drive agency channel growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new agents, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, identifying and addressing their needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, underwriting, product) to ensure a seamless experience for agents and clients.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?280,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
