Job Description

:- You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high performance and productivity, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Supervision : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve individual and targets.

Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

Goal Setting: Set clear team goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues within the team promptly and effectively.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Communication: Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and progress

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?450,000.00 per year
