Job Summary:
Sales Executive/ Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager/ Executive will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and promote the company's products and services.
1) Sales strategy and planning
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives. Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
2) Team leadership and management:
Set clear performance objectives, monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
3) Customer relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure high level of consumer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
4) Sales performance and reporting:
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates and customer acquisition costs . Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Implement corrective actions to address underperformance and achieve sales targets.
5) Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure smooth post-sales service.
6) Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Edtech industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the Edtech industry and market trends is preferred.
