As a Sales Manager at Rana Infracon India Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and achieving sales targets for our real estate projects. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales executives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company\'s customer base in the real estate sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team delivers exceptional results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and concerns to provide personalized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for business growth. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, finalize sales agreements, and ensure timely closure of deals. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth transaction processes.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and lead generation strategies. Coordinate marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
