The main responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Executive include drafting up offers for home sales, providing guidance to clients, and working with clients to get their homes ready to sell.Responsibilities:Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties valuePromote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing servicesNurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm dealsDetermining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit themMaintaining ongoing client relationships and networking for repeat businessAdvise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related mattersNegotiating contracts, terms, and conditionsDelivering exceptional customer service to drive buyer satisfactionStaying updated on real estate trends and newsRequirements:Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar roleExpert knowledge of the real estate market and best practicesExceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skillsExceptional verbal as well as written communication skills.Interested candidates can share resume on:apply@capacite.co.in
