  • Flawless Management of LAS Process.
  • Needs to be instrumental in Internal Channels Engagement - Regular visits, Meetings and Training.
  • Recruit, Train and Hand holding frontline team and ensure team productivity.
  • Hand-on MIS and Reporting.
  • Liaison between various internal teams to ensure the Disbursement TAT is maintained.
  • Seamless delivery of services with the help of central Service support team.
  • Empanel DSA and drive DSA business.
