Job Title: Sales Manager - LAP (DSA Vertical)
CTC- Upto 8LPALocation: Delhi
Department: Sales
Reports To: Regional Sales Director / Head of SalesKey Responsibilities:DSA Management and Development:Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with DSAs to drive LAP sales.
Provide DSAs with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell LAP products.
Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback to ensure alignment with sales targets.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies specifically tailored to the DSA channel to achieve LAP sales objectives.
Create and maintain a pipeline of high-potential DSAs and ensure continuous engagement.
Set and manage individual sales targets and performance metrics for the DSA channel.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Assist DSAs in acquiring new clients and expanding the existing client base.
Address and resolve any client issues or escalations that arise through the DSA channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting:Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the LAP space.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of the DSA channel and sales achievements.
Sales Support and Compliance:
Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to address any operational or product-related issues affecting the DSA channel.
Support DSAs with necessary documentation and processing of LAP applications.
Training and Development:
Organize and conduct training sessions for DSAs to enhance their knowledge of LAP products and sales techniques.
Keep DSAs informed about updates, changes, and new developments related to LAP offerings.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on Loan Against Property or similar financial products, ideally within a DSA or partner management role.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage and develop relationships with DSAs.
Strong understanding of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
