Objectives of this role :
• Always in market to search potential big customers as per foreign principle product wise.
• Represent the brand in a professional manner that results in new and repeat business with a
• positive customer experience approach.
• Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for up sells.
Responsibilities :
• Interact regularly with customers either virtually or by visit to understand their needs and recommend the right product and services
• Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of product and services to answer customer questions
• and determine appropriate solutions
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to initiate sales opportunities
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Maintains good relationships with existing clients while promoting new offerings
• Accurately describe product features and benefits, follow all foreign principle policies and procedures.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and any sales contract.
• Analyze the territory market's potential, track sales and status reports
• Continuously improve through feedbackUtilize industry technology effectively to improve the customer experience
• Active participation in the development of strategic marketing plans, tactical marketing,materials, and driving complex sale
• Assist in the development of annual sales plan and forecasts for the further action for the business improvement
• Maintain up-to-date customer database
• Complete interaction till the work order release from customers
• To coordinate with clients, foreign principles and internal stack holders
• Ability to travel anytime toward defined territory
• Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations
• Actively participate in set up Exhibition, Networking events, conferences with all internal stake
• holders, arrangement for foreign principles, further approach on leads and follow ups.
• Conduct trials of product, if may apply on customers need on Demo available machines.
• Interaction with all stake holders till FAT, dispatch and successful commissioning of machines.
Required skills :
• Person should have product knowledge like Pouches, Blister, Respule, vial, Carton, Etc...
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills, especially in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Sharp negotiation and time-management skills
Preferred skills and qualifications :
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skill
• Person should have represented foreign principles in the same packaging industry
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• +10 Years of sales experience, ideally within our industry
• Familiarity with Packaging machines technology relevant sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
