Urgent Hiring for a Leading BankPosition: Sales Manager (Individual Role)Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at a leading bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing home loans and loans against property (LAP) through Direct Selling Agents (DSA). This is an individual contributor role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.Key Responsibilities:Source and acquire new home loan and LAP customers through DSA channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure a steady pipeline of leads.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the bank.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan process.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product offerings.Requirements:Must have 4-6 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of home loan and LAP products and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
