Managing the existing agents and recruitment of new agents Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for agents Ensuring agent productivity and activation Training and agent life cycle management Brand development by conducting road shows Ensure nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction Ensuring meeting of the targets month on month basis assigned to SM
Competencies:
Self-motivated, Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer orientation, Client acquisition and Retention skill
Work Experience:
Fresher / 1 year Experience of sales and Understanding of insurance products from Insurance / Banking Industry
