Job RequirementsRole/Job Title: Sales Manager - Educational Loan (Domestic)Function/ Department: SalesRoles & Responsibilities:

  • 'Handle a team of RH to achieve the targeted disbursement
  • College tie ups to increase partner colleges, managing relationships with colleges/institutes/universities, Generating business from different channels like DSA/online aggregators, Bank Branches and Digital - Drive cross-sell of products like insurance etc..
  • Maintain team productivity through trainings and performance improvement
  • Train partners on product & policy
  • Business trend analysis and exploring new avenues to generate more business
  • Driving contests and R&R
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area
  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service
  • Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
Education Qualification:Graduation:- Any GraduateExperience: 2-5 Years of experience in sales.
