Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve loan targets for commercial vehicles.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the loan portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
