Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our coworking space. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for the coworking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct sales presentations and tours of our coworking spaces to potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Market Analysis:
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve our offerings and stay competitive in the market.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client communications. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the coworking, real estate, or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the coworking space industry.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and business community.
• Strong network of contacts within the industry.
