As a Pan India Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team across multiple regions in India, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth and market expansion in the dental implants sector. Your strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and proven track record in sales will contribute to the overall success of our organization.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Pan India to achieve sales targets and objectives in the dental implants market.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across multiple regions in India, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key clients, including dental clinics, hospitals, and dental implant specialists, across different regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis specific to each region within India.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness on a Pan India scale.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including tracking leads, managing opportunities, and closing deals across various regions.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events across India to promote the company's dental implant products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth in the Pan India market.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities in each region, adjusting sales strategies as needed to stay competitive and maximize sales across India.
  • Stay current with industry advancements, new technologies, and market trends in dental implants to provide expertise and guidance to customers and the sales team in different regions of India.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent sales processes, strategies, and customer experiences across all regions in India.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, associations, and influencers in the dental implants industry across India.
  • Provide regular training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights on a Pan India level to identify areas for improvement and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards throughout the sales process in all regions of India.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure adherence to legal requirements in the dental implants market across India.
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the dental implants industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the dental implants market, including key players, products, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate complex sales agreements.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team in various regions.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
